The video below introduces the team, our heart and vision and will encourage you with miracle testimonies that the free+healed team has experienced in Zimbabwe and other parts of the world.

What we are going to do

Outreach meetings and conference

In Harare, weekend conference: “Healing Advances” with activation training. Binga Conference program Tuesday to Sunday with day sessions for teachings, discipleship and leadership training as well as evening sessions to touch the whole community with the good news, healing and deliverance.

Tansformation for the Tonga

The Tonga people is one of the most isolated, remote and unreached tribes in Zimbabwe living the North West part of Zimbabwe along the Zambezi valley. Here the climate is harsher than other parts of the country. The place has no roads, no phone network, only one clinic, few schools. Due to poor rains and threat to crops by wild animals they do very little farming and live by fishing in Lake Kariba, one of the world’s largest hydro-electric dams that robbed them of their traditional homelands and places of worship. After four years of drought the lake levels are also down and fishing is becoming harder.

It started with fishing

During 2015 Martin Toga, the Founder of Great Harvest Ministries, began travelling to the Chunga area in Binga Province on a monthly basis, trading fish and planting a new church. A GHM Pastor moved up there to lead the new work. Various members of the community got saved and a small foothold was established in this community that has never heard the gospel.

6 representative of the Chunga community attended the GHM conference in Harare in December 2015, where David Taylor was ministering. As God moved in our and their hearts our resolve to invest into reaching that community grew. A series of outreach meetings culminating in a June conference was agreed and David Taylor committed to attend with a small Swiss Team. Teams

An advance team of 7 will go to Binga to prepare the ground and invite people in home visits. Local leaders team from Harare will journey with us. The Swiss team led by D. Taylor will take the lead in preaching, teaching and ministering during the outreach and conference. We will also shoot a documentary film.

ATTENDANCE

A daily attendance of over 500 plus adults are expected to be attending our night open meetings and majority of them going back to their places after meetings. An average of 200 to attend our day teaching and training meetings with most or all of them staying on the venue for the six days.

Mission Trip team

The Swiss Team comprising David Taylor, Bro Jo, Cheran Foster and Alex Manzoni flies to Zimbabwe in mid June for 2 weeks. We will have a conference in the church in Harare from Friday to Sunday and then depart to Binga where we will be for a 7 day conference. After that we will find our way home via Victoria Falls.

Support

With Zimbabwe in the midst of a cash crisis, we have stepped in to help our local partners and make this programme possible. Thanks to the generosity of many, we have now reached the budget goals. But there are still a number of important items that we would like to cover, such helping our local organisers with their personal needs.
