The Lord is your protector
Whatever you are personally facing, it is possible to live a bold and confident life when you know that the Lord is your protector.
That is the message of the music video clip that we shot in the grounds of St John’s Cathedral, Peshawar in the middle of a crusade during our last trip to Pakistan.
Besides being a really great song, the Naal Jahova clip gives a vivid impression of a few of the intense situations we experienced during our mission trip as well as the joy of Pakistani Christians as they see the power of God in action. You’ll see the team accompanied by soldiers or police heading out to minister in small churches, crusades and a chapel in the mountains.
From pop star to minister
The worshipper is Shahryar Sadiq, an incredibly talented Pakistani singer who left a promising secular music career to dedicate his talent exclusively to the Lord. Shahry joined the leadership of the GKCM church in Lahore in 2017 and was awarded Pakistan’s Gospel Singer of the Year Appreciation Award in 2021.
Impartation and empowerment
During the free+healed trip to KPK, Shahryar was tasked with the overall organisation of the large events.
“It was a new experience, for us,” says his wife Horeeb, “as he used to come when everything was ready, sing and then leave during the message. Now working with free+healed, I saw my husband doing everything from putting chairs to laying hands on the people. When humility comes in your life, then you want to serve God in any and every way”
Shahryar continues “Since, we experienced God using us during the mission trip with free+healed, we decided to start going to wherever the doors open. We are not waiting for a big stage but are even going door to door with local pastors and praying for people. One guy was bed-ridden for 2 months. We preached the Gospel and 14 people gave their lives to God for the work of ministry. Then we prayed for the bed-ridden young man and he sat up. A few days later, we got a call that he is well and riding his bicycle. Thank you Pastor David for calling and empowering us”
I am sure that the clip will bless you, so watch, like & subscribe.
