Downloading your products
WHEN
After your payment is processed the links for your downloads will appear in the browser. You will also receive an email with the receipt and links to download the products later. You can download the products anytime within 5 days of purchase.
WHERE
It is easiest to open the email and click on the download links on the device you want to read or listen to your books on. Simply click on the download links to download the product. Then go to your download folder and open the books from there.
ACCOUNT
If you created an account when purchasing your product you can login to you account at anytime in the future and see your orders and downloads. Shop > My account.
What you get
E-BOOKS
In most cases we will provide both PDFs and EPUB formats. Please note that many devices open PDFs in the browser. You need to click/tap on the screen and choose a place to store the PDF locally on your device. Otherwise you may lose it when you close the window.
AUDIO BOOKS
MB4 – Audio Book
One file that you can add to your Apple Books or other brand Audiobook App. This may give features like resume playing and sync across devices.
Double click on the MB4 file and it should be added to your default book player.
MP3 Zipped folder
For maximum device and player compatibility. Contains separate Mp3 files for each chapter. Unzip and add the folder or all the files it contains to your Music or Book App or player.
Depending on the player app you use, the files should be recognised as part of one book and shown in your playlists as such.
